It isn’t unusual that a project needs bespoke work, whether a unique and special video player, or an integration with broadcast hardware.
After 15 years working in online video and audio, our network is deep and experienced, from .NET and Ruby to Amazon cloud infrastructure, from building encoding farms to live webcasting in the mud of ‘summer’ music festivals.
As an example, a major UK ISP wanted to create an arts project, linking London’s Southbank with New York. The Telectroscope allowed a visitor to peer into something like an antique telescope, and see someone live in New York waving back. The technology remains a secret, to this day, however getting it installed in the middle of 2 cities within weeks was an equal challenge, particularly when the artist suggested that “if there is a break in the circuit, could we show a mole digging on both screens, until its reinstated“!1
Software development, hardware integration, graphic design and animation, plus project management and long and varied experience means we can deliver special projects on time and in budget.
1 The Telectroscope was a project delivered by Twofour Digital Ltd.
